  • To place an order, you will need to complete the transaction on the website. By placing an order on the website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions published in the appropriate section of the website 
  • After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section.
  • In this section, you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment-related information
  • Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. 
  • Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

 

PRODUCT SHIPPING:

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party ( DHL) warehouses/ stores or offices from various points. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you as soon as possible, from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery. 

*Our shipping partners are experiencing some delays due to Covid19 in certain regions.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • All the in-stock orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. However, in some cases, it may get delayed due to factors beyond control.
  • Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day. (M-F)
  • Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 BUSINESS days.
  • All products sold on WeekendCharm attract standard shipping charges.
  • We cannot guarantee conveyance times on any order.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost to the customer.
  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies( DHL)
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  • While we take complete responsibility for any damage to the products during transit, we are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship throughout the world. International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Weekendcharm.com. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 8-10 working days but due to custom, it can be delayed to get delivered.
  • A flat rate of  $29 per order  will be charged for all orders 
  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
  • Shipping Charges are based on the shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. Only Prepaid orders can be shipped. 
  • Contact details must be correct with Country code and Zipcode
  • International orders, in most instances, will be shipped as one shipment.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
